Most orders, payment is made in advance, except by special request.
Custom Orders are negotiable, but generally speaking, I'm fine with being paid upon delivery (unless materials are very expensive or something).
As you can see, I accept virtually any form of payment, aside from first-born children, livestock (unless it's a kitten or an ostrich) and perishable food stuffs.

Here's my policy on shipping:
If I have the product in stock, it will be in the mail within two - three days (usually within a day of receiving the order, actually). Custom orders? Depends on the nature of the order, obviously.
Now, here's the other bit: I will always use France's LA POSTE (here's the normal address: www.laposte.fr and here's the more info in English: www.laposte.com ) unless the buyer is willing to put up the extra doe. This applies to insurance and anything else fancy. I've shipped things all over the world FROM France to the States, from France to the UK, from the US to France, the UK, Japan etc. I've never had an order get misplaced. Soooooo if the buyer wants insurance, the buyer PAYS for the insurance.
NOTE: Most of my orders are shipped from France. There are some, however, that are located in the US still, at my American address. This is in Portland, Oregon.

As stated, I accept returns but keep the down-payment (if given) if it's simply a question of taste and not a faulty product. Obviously it would be wise to thoroughly read the description and ask any pertinent questions BEFORE buying, but we all get the wrong end of the stick sometimes.
If it's a faulty product -WITH PHOTOGRAPHED PROOF -, I'll replace it immediately with a comparable item, the same item or monies back, at my expense.
