Phare-Camp's Policies

Shipping will be via U.S. Postal Service. All shipments will be insured. Shipping is free for U.S. Addresses.

15 Day Return Policy: contact me within 15 days of receipt if you wish to return the the artwork. You are responsible for return shipping. Upon immediate receipt of your undamaged return I will issue a refund in same payment manner in which you made your purchased.

In case of loss or damage during shipping you have two choices:

1. I will send another comparable artwork of your choice. Since all shipments will be insured I will file a claim with the U.S. Postal Service. If artwork is damaged you will need to keep the damaged container and artwork to turn over to the postal service at their request.

2. or you may choose to file a claim with the U.S. Postal Service for refund of your purchase price. You will need to keep the damaged container and artwork to turn over to the postal service at their request.

Please let me know within 15 days if you would like file a claim or return the artwork by e-mail or phone (916-729-7632).

Custom work cannot be refunded unless damaged during shipping.
