♥~♥ Premade Banners and Logos:
o Current turnaround time: 24-48 hours.
o All premade graphic designs are as shown, with the exception of the font color, which you may change. If you desire other changes to a premade design, please contact us prior to purchase as there may be an additional charge.
o Info we need:Please see individual product descriptions. It's usually just shop name and tag line(optional).

♥~♥ Custom Logos and Banners:
o Current turnaround time: 1-2 weeks.
o Design process: We will contact you with a questionere to get a feel of the design style and image you want.
o Proofs & Revisions: We will send you up to 3 design concepts. You choose 1, with up to 3 revisions.

♥~♥ Payment:
o We currently accept Paypal, checks and money orders.
o Your design will not be started until payment has been received. Checks and money orders will have to clear the bank first, which can be up to 14 days.

♥~♥ Delivery:
o All digital images are emailed to you in either jpg or png format. You must save them to your computer and then upload them to your website. Please make sure to use a valid email at checkout.
o No shipping charges as everything is emailed.

♥~♥ Returns/Refunds:
o Due to the nature of electronically transmitted media, once we email you your graphic image we cannot offer a refund, but we will gladly work with you until you are completely happy with your final design.

FAQ's

1. OOAK (One of a Kind) status. What's that?
If a design has never been purchased, it is considered OOAK. For an upgraded price, you can choose to have this design as your very own. We will retire it and never sell it again. Look for the OOAK status and upgrade price on the product detail page.

2. Do you sell matching business cards and/or hang tags?
Not at this time, but we are working on setting that up. Please check back.

3. What is a revision?
Font color change, adding an additional design element and rearranging the placement of existing elements are examples of a revision. A revision is not a completely new design concept .. it is keeping the original concept intact, with minor changes.

4. I purchased a banner and now I would like another matching graphic for something else. Can you do that?
We sure can. Please contact us.

5. Are there any restrictions on using the images I purchase?
The images are for your own personal or commercial use. You may not resell or modify the design.

6. Can you make my design into a watermark that I can use on my images?
Yes we can. Please contact us.
