Payment

Paypal is the preferred payment option for this shop, to ensure timely shipping of your items, though I will endeavor to accommodate alternate cash means of payment if at all possible or reasonable.

Paypal "Echecks": Paypal echecks are welcome and accepted, however items purchased with a Paypal echeck will not be shipped until Paypal confirms that the payment has cleared. This policy applies to all first time customers and those whom I have not established a regular ongoing relationship with. Items can be purchased with an echeck, they will simply take a little longer to arrive than more immediate payment options.

Delayed Payment: In line with the above policy on echecks, orders will not be shipped until payment has been received, either through Paypal or some other acceptable alternative.
Shipping

Rush Shipping: Rush shipping is available on request for most orders. Please contact me directly if you desire 1 - 2 day shipping of your item. Additional charges apply.
Refunds and Exchanges

Custom Orders: Refunds will not be offered on orders with customized designs.

Custom Orders: Custom orders are welcome. If you have idea you'd like to see on a pendant, I'll do my best to work with you and accommodate such requests. More elaborate requests or those that require significant design (i.e. not simply putting your picture on a pendant or a favorite saying but detailed graphic design) work may involve a small supplementary custom charge to be arranged hen discussing your request.

Wholesale Orders: Wholesale orders are welcome and bulk shipping charges can be arranged for buyers with offsite (non-etsy) retail stores.
