Most packages will go out USPS first class. I wrap every thing with the utmost of care. If I made a mistake, say, in the description, you are entitled to a full refund, including my shipping costs. If you decide upon receipt of your order that you do not wish to keep all or part of it, you may return it for a refund less my shipping cost. There will be no refunds on custom orders, including chain that has been cut for you.
