PAYMENT Payment is due at time of checkout. Polkadot Orchid Embroidery accepts payments through PayPal and Amazon. PayPal will allow you to checkout using your credit card without having a PayPal account. When you reach PayPal after ArtFire checkout, just choose the "pay by credit card" option instead of registering with PayPal; then provide your credit card details. Payments not confirmed within 72 hours of the order being placed will result in the order being canceled and the item(s) re-listed. E-checks must clear before any item will ship (this can take up to a week). If you are having any problems with the payment process, please feel free to contact us for assistance. SHIPPING Standard orders will be shipped after payment is received and confirmed (usually within two business days). Note that custom orders will take longer to create and ship (please allow up to two weeks). Polkadot Orchid Embroidery prefers to keep shipping costs down in order to pass lower prices on to you. This means that items usually ship via USPS 1st Class Mail for very small packages, USPS Parcel Post for larger packages, or UPS for large, heavy boxes. If you prefer a particular method or require faster shipping, please contact us and we will work with you to accommodate your deadline. Overnight shipping and other rush requests may incur additional shipping costs. Many items come with free domestic shipping. Where shipping is charged, any shipping charges in excess of $1 beyond what it costs to ship (postage, packaging, and tracking number) will be refunded. REFUNDS Polkadot Orchid Embroidery values our customers. We wish you to be happy with your purchases. Non-custom items may be refunded or exchanged within 28 days of the item's reception date. The item must be in original condition, sent with registered mail, and well packed. The refund or exchange will be for the value of the item's original sale price less the actual cost of shipping and handling the item to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Personalized, monogrammed, and other customized items are generally not refundable or exchangeable due to their custom nature. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We will ship to any country that will accept PayPal processing. Buyer is responsible for any Customs or Duty Fees. Also note that international shipments may take time to clear through customs. We will provide a customs number via email as soon as it is available. Any shipping and handling fees in excess of $1 of what it actually costs to ship the item will be will be refunded. CUSTOM ORDERS Polkadot Orchid Embroidery happily does custom orders.
