PAYMENT:I only use Paypal for all Money transactions. SHIPPING TIME: 2 weeks to tens days from date of purchase. I use USPS for all Shipping. SWEATERS AND HATS:All Posh Pooch Designs Dog Sweaters and Hats are custom made to fit your dog, so therefore, there are NO refunds or exchanges on these items. POLICY ON CLEARANCE ITEMS : All items are brand new, and or test items, and I only have specific sizes left, so there for there are NO Refunds or exchanges on Clearance items.
