PAYMENT


Payment is via Paypal, required at time of purchase, please. Unpaid purchases will be canceled after two attempts are made by me to contact the buyer with request for payment and if no response is received after the second attempt.

Arizona residents will be required to pay sales tax, which PayPal will calculate.



SHIPPING


Please verify that your PayPal shipping address is correct, as this is the address I will use for shipping your purchases. Shipping an item (if purchased as a gift for someone) directly to the gift recipient is an option, however you will need to note this upon payment so I can make the proper arrangements. (For international shipments, I will NOT note the item as a gift on the customs form, so the recipient may be responsible for taxes, duties or other fees upon receipt!! Please make note of this, there are no exceptions!)

If the item is in stock, I will make every effort to have the item shipped out within 2 days of purchase or on the Saturday immediately proceeding the purchase. Please bear with me as I work full time outside of the home and may not be able to make it to the post office during my normal day job hours.

If the item requires manufacture before shipment, please allow nine calendar days for its creation and the shipment of the item.

Shipping in the US will be via bubble mailer for most items, via USPS first class, and I'll use delivery confirmation when/if possible; please send me a message if you would prefer to use a flat rate method, or UPS or FedEx, as these will cost extra. If permitted by the Post Office, I will add insurance if requested, at the buyer's expense, except where noted below.

Shipping to other countries will also be via bubble mailer unless otherwise requested, via first class; there will be no tracking unless requested as these usually result in higher shipping costs as tracking typically requires sending via registered mail. Also, please note that depending on the destination, it can take several weeks for the item to arrive. And lastly, the buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes or other fees for package delivery into their country; we will never mark a package as "gift" on the customs slip - no exceptions.

Any sculptures, if too large to fit in a small box within a bubble mailer, will be sent priority mail (or the equivalent if shipped internationally) in a box to help ensure it arrives intact. Large orders will also ship in boxes for their protection. When possible, I will cover the cost of shipping insurance on such packages.

I will pack every piece carefully, but shipping accidents do happen and I ask that I am notified ASAP if an item happens to arrive damaged by the carrier. Please take photographs of the damaged packaging (before you open it) and the item if it is damaged, and do not throw any of it away, particularly if insurance was paid for on the shipment; this will be necessary to file claims on the insurance with the Post Office.



REFUNDS:


There are NO refunds on earrings for pierced ears unless they arrive damaged in the mail! It is unsanitary. No exceptions!

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email me immediately with your reasons, and then repackage the item carefully and have it mailed back to me within seven business days (post-marked no later than the seventh business day) in the same condition that it arrived. Refunds will be 100% of the purchase price minus the shipping costs.



REPAIRS:


I do not offer repairs at this time due to time constraints, sorry.
