Information privacy is very important to us. We are a very small, home based business. When other people and companies misuse our information we are very displeased. Be confident that we are not going to do this to you. We don't make money selling customer information and we don't want to. Our business is making and selling high quality, hand crafted, chainmaille jewelry. As a small business, every customer is precious to us and we appreciate the opportunity to earn your trust. We think you will find we are really very nice.
Shipping & Delivery
Our preferred shipping method for orders within the U.S. is flat-rate Priority Mail. We would be pleased to ship to overseas customers as well but you will need to contact us to work out the details. In stock items will ship within two business days. Custom orders will take longer.
Warranties
We do not offer a formal warranty on our products. We believe our items are very high quality and that you will be very pleased. In fact, we believe you will find our jewelry is suitable for everyday wear and that it is made to last. However, in the event that something you buy from us should break, we would be happy to fix it for you, provided you cover the cost of shipping.
Most jewelry metals will tarnish over time, this is normal. Care and cleaning is easy to do yourself. We can provide you with simple instructions. We would also be happy to clean your purchase for you if you visit us at a craft fair.
Return Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. We take pride and care in the hand crafted items we make and sell. If you are unhappy with your purchase for some reason, we would appreciate you letting us know what is wrong and give us an opportunity to make it right. However, if you still feel it is necessary to return something, we will try to work with you if you contact us within 15 days of purchase. If we agree to accept your return, it must be in original condition (that means unused and unworn). If we accept your return you will be refunded the full amount you paid, in the same form as the payment, less shipping. Custom orders are not eligible for return. That said, we really do think you will appreciate the effort and quality we put into every item to make it special.
Miscellaneous
Custom orders are encouraged and greatly appreciated. Most items can be made in a different material and there are many combinations and variations possible for any particular item. We appreciate the opportunity to make your purchase special and one-of-a-kind. Custom orders require a deposit made in advance. Please send us an email with the details of what you want, and we will give you a price and estimated delivery date.
Our preferred payment method is through PayPal, which is fast, easy, safe and secure. Arrangements can be made if you prefer to pay by other means, however we do not yet have the ability to accept credit cards directly (you can use your credit card through PayPal).
