Earrings are shipped on earring cards in small plastic bags, wrapped in decorated paper or gift bag, and then wrapped for protection in transit. Bracelets and necklaces are shipped in a similar way (but minus the earring cards). VINTAGE ITEMS: Most vintage items are shipped First-Class USPS with delivery confirmation. The exception is vintage books, which ship Media Mail unless otherwise stated in the book's listing. Please note that Media Mail can take some time to reach you. I only select this form of shipping to offer you economical shipping with weightier books. If you prefer a faster form of shipping, simply contact me. Vintage jewelry is gift-wrapped or gift-bagged and includes protective plastic bag and wrapping. INSURANCE OPTION: If you would like postal insurance, please contact me. I will invoice you for the cost of insurance. IN GENERAL: As someone who has made many online purchases, I know how nice it is to experience quick shipping from a seller. My goal is to ship your order promptly once I have received payment. -----RETURN POLICY----- I want you to be happy with your purchase. Always feel free to contact me about an item before buying, as no question is too minor. I'm pleased to help! Returns are accepted if you contact me within 5 days of receiving the item. Also, I must receive the item no later than 2 weeks after its delivery to you. (If you have a situation where this timeframe poses a problem for you, please let me know before ordering.)
