Payment by Paypal - no echeques. I expect payment to be made within 3 days. Should payment not be received with 3 days the item will be relisted. Postage and packing costs are calculated based on weight and will be listed with each item. Multiple items can be grouped together for cheaper postage. A receipt of postage is collected at the time of posting. Any discrepancies of 10% or more on shipping charges will be refunded. Insurance is not included unless requested and will cost you extra. PDF pattern links will be emailed to your paypal email address within 24 hours of payment. Other items will be posted with Royal Mail on the working day following receipt of payment. Custom order dolls are made to order and will take at least a week to produce. Within 24 hours of payment you will be notified by email when you can expect the doll to be finished and put into the post. Please let me know if you need the item by a certain date. I will do my best to accommodate you. All patterns are copywrited to me. Please do not share them. Finally please remember that I am in the UK and will do my best to get your orders to you as soon as possible but please allow time for your items to travel to you and pass through customs at each end.
