PAYMENTS-
* Items must be paid in full prior to creation/shipping.
* Pymts must be rcvd w/in 7 days of purchase.
* Nonpaid items will have the sale cancelled and reflective feedbak will be left.
SHIPPING-
*All items are packed with care and sent either First Class or Flat Rate Priority Mail.
*Insurance is available should you reqest it.
*I cannot/will not be held responsible for any lost/damaged UNinsured pkgs.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES-
*Due to the custom personalized nature of my items, and that you will rcv image previews for your approval before item completion, regretfully I am unable to grant returns/exchanges/refunds.
