If you are wanting a large amount of items I do give discounts on large orders and if you are wanting a modification of an item I make or a new design you would like me to try just ask... I can probably make it for you.

I accept Pay Pal. I accept all major credit cards if used through Pay Pal. I also will accept checks and money orders if you put it in the "notes to seller box" when ordering that I am to expect a check or money order to come. After I receive a check or money order I will let you know that I have it and another 7 days will go by before I mail out your item in order to make sure that the check clears. No orders will be made without the payment being received first.
I usually try ship within 2-5 business days after receiving your payment unless it is a custom order which may take up to 7-10 days. Some weeks are slower and some are more jam packed. If you have a question about your order and would like to know a more specific idea of when I can get it out to you please do not hesitate to ask me.
Some of my items are pre- made (colors that are on the color chart as is) and I have them on the shelf ready to ship... Custom mixed color items take longer so please allow me extra time to make and ship out your order.
*Note that due to an increase in orders from return customers and word of mouth some weeks will be more like 5-10 +? days. In a word - sometimes I am "swamped!" I am a one woman salon with a world full of customers so please try to understand that it may take some time before I can make and ship out your order.
I make items in the order that I receive them. Some weeks are crazier than others...(i.e. Halloween) but if you need an item for a specific event or rush order please contact me and I will try to accommodate you.
Depending on where you live, it will take an additional 1-3 weeks for your order to arrive.
(within one week for continental US orders - I live in the Midwest so typically no more than 3-5 days to reach either coast.)
(two to three weeks for international orders)
* International Buyers are responsible for paying all import duty, tax, and fees which may be collected by their country when the parcel arrives. To avoid misunderstanding, I declare the exact purchase price as the value of the goods when completing the customs declaration. I will neither check the "gift" box nor under declare the value.
*Please note on the 2 occasions that I have shipped to Saudi Arabia it has taken over 3 months for them to receive their item. I don't know if it is due to it being a hair product and sitting in customs for so long. You are welcome to still order from me but please be aware of the delay in shipping time.
All shipping costs are for first class shipping except for the 2 packs of braids which are too heavy to ship first class and are bumped up to priority mail (2-3 day) status. If you want your item shipped faster than first class please send me a message through the "contact artisan" link on my studio page to request an invoice for the difference in shipping cost for either priority mail or overnight express shipping. I will accommodate you the best that I can!
I check my emails often throughout the day (except for Saturday which is my day off!) and I will look up the cost for the upgrade in shipping and will get back with you asap!
Refunds and Exchanges
I offer complementary color swatches... just ask me and I will send them out to you. For swatches please contact me here with your full name, address and the colors you would like to see and I will mail them out to you right away! Please send the info to my Artifire "contact artisan" link here:

If you request a swatch before hand or send a picture of your hair color (or a picture of someone else with similar hair) I will try to match as closely as I can.
If you are unhappy with the color match I will accept returns if the color is not right. I ship all of my hair creations in clear packaging. If you notice that the creation you receive is not the right color I will except exchanges if you mail it back unopened. I cannot accept returns or exchanges on anything that may touch your hair so opened packages will not be accepted as a returnable item. This is due to health codes and regulations.

Please note that I try to describe colors as accurately as possible. However, color resolution of monitors vary. So, be aware there can be a difference in the color displayed on your monitor and the actual color. No color will be an exact match, but try to get it as close to your hair color as possible. Even the models in the pictures do not have an "exact match."
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in anyway and if the mistake was my own, I will gladly work with you to fix it! Please contact me directly BEFORE feedback and I will try to resolve any issues and we will try to find a middle ground.
I do not accept exchanges if you have changed your hair color 3 months later or if your item ends up being used as a cat toy! LOL! So don't ask me! :D
I will accept exchanges within a reasonable time of the item being received. (1-2 weeks)
