Most pictures are enlarged to show detail. I have taken care to make sure that my pictures show the items as accurately as possible, but your monitor may show slight differences in shading and color. Also, in a different life, I am a Photoshop person and I have the technology to "knock out" backgrounds. That being said, I will never use Photoshop to enhance or misrepresent the product itself, meaning any flaws, imperfections, and anything else you should know, stay in the photo.
Light reflection spots and/or cat hair, and the occasional coin may appear in the photos but I won't send those to you. From a non-smoking household.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item you may return it for an exchange. Please obtain a refund authorization by emailing me within 7 days of receipt of your item.
Refunds do not include return shipping/insurance costs. I do guarantee the beads I make myself against breakage - should any bead break, please email me and let me know.
