Shipping:

We ship all our orders out the same day they are purchased, and payment is received. Depending on the weight of the items, we may chose to ship either via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or by UPS. Typical delivery time is 1-5 days depending on distance from California.

Returns:

We accept returns for any reason. If you are not 100% completely satisfied with our product, you can send it back for a complete refund of the items. Sadly, we cannot refund shipping costs, as this is paid directly to the company that ships them for us.

However, if an error is made by our company, it will be shipped, and all costs will be paid by us.

We can offer this type of refund policy because rarely do we get returns. Even when we do it is usually an exchange from our customers purchasing the wrong size, finish, product, etc...
