The handmade items you see in my studio have been made by me and are ready to ship. I rarely do custom work because fabric can not be reordered. When its gone, its gone. Supplies that I sell are patterns and fabrics from my stash. Same goes for any vintage items you see. My shipping policy is simple. Ship as soon as possible, sometimes the same day or at least the next day, unless I am out of town, which isn't very often. I will then post my earliest shipping date in my shop announcement at the top. If an item is small and light weight, I will often ship it 1st class to save you money. Priority is reserved for larger, heavier items. If my calculated shipping charges go over $1.00, I will refund that overage to the buyer through Paypal. As for returns, all of my merchandise is returnable up to 10 days after contacting me that the item was received and the return postage will be paid for by the buyer. Thank You
