PAYMENT: I accept Paypal, Google Checkout, & Amazon Payments. Payment is expected at the time of purchase. If payment is not received within three days the item will be relisted. If you wish to cancel an order you have placed please contact me as soon as possible. All TX residents will be charged sales tax. SHIPPING: Most items are shipped USPS first class within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping and handling charges include delivery confirmation unless otherwise stated in the description. International orders will also be shipped first class. First class international is not insurable. If insurance is desired, the package must be upgraded to priority, at a higher cost. International buyers will also be responsible for any customs charges. Customs forms will state the accurate value of the items purchased. Items will be carefully packed to assure their safe delivery. However, some items may be especially delicate, and will require additional packaging and shipping charges to include insurance. Please email any requests to insure your purchase or upgrade shipping before making your payment. I will send you an accurate invoice that includes the changes. RETURNS: I hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy, refunds and exchanges can be made on a case by case basis. Please email me within 3 days of delivery. Let me know what is unsatisfactory, and we can work out a plan for its return. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and will receive a refund of the total purchase price (minus shipping costs) upon receipt of the item. Be aware that I cannot issue a refund if the item does not get to me, so please ship your item with delivery confirmation and include insurance if it is valuable. All refunds will be made through the payment method you used to purchase.
