I always do my best to accommodate my customers and help or assist them when ever I possibly could and love to communicate. **Please note - I have started full time work every and late nights on Tuesdays and Thursdays, therefore there can be some delays in communications. If you are in the US, I am a day ahead of you. I apologise if your message was not answered sooner, but I do the best I can. Payment -I currently accept payments via paypal only. If you are an artisan and would like to trade, please contact me. - Finished work will only be sent out when payment is received. - The sale would be canceled if your payment is not received by 2 days from purchase date. Lead time - All finished works will be sent to you via email. Please specify the email address where you would like it to be delivered. - Lead times are normally 2-3 days upon receiving all required information from you. Custom orders are subjected to the complexity of the work. - Please check announcements if there will be delays due to holidays. - As I am in Australia there may be a delay in replying to you if you are in another country, due to the time differences. Refunds and Exchanges - After a finished item is sent out, no refunds or exchanges are accepted. - Please contact me first if you are not sure about any listed item Design Rights and Exclusivity: - Once I finished your custom order and send you a .jpg files, you are free to do what ever that pleases you with them. - The designs that you buy from RROFGraphics, whether is custom or pre-designed are exclusively yours and the exact design will NEVER be sold again. Some elements might be repeated but it would not look the same. - You have full rights to the finished product but do not have rights to individual elements of the banner. Means that you cannot cut out the designs and claim as your own. Safe Keeping of Files - Please do always safe a backup of your files. I would gladly re-send you your files if you have lost them, but only within a year from the date of which they were sold. As space runs out I would have to delete them.
