A. COMBINED SHIPPING
I Always Do Combined Shipping, Even if Paid for Separately, though within a few days or by Request! I have secondary Shipping Charges set up -- if I feel the total Shipping Charges for the Shipment is excessive, I will issue a partial refund.
I ship with protective materials to keep the items from getting wet or torn in normal shipment, including using Bubble Wrap, "Peanuts" and Paper when appropriate.
B. DOMESTIC - to USA ADDRESSES
-- All Shipments to USA Addresses are shipped US Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail Parcel with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance, unless the item or items (including when there is Combined Shipping) require USPS Priority Mail due to weight, size or shape.

I am currently Listing Shipping to CANADA FIRST CLASS PACKAGE INTERNATIONAL (No Insurance Available) - with an Option For The Canadian Customer to Request PRIORITY MAIL with INSURANCE.
-- FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: INTERNATIONAL Shipments are Only Being Shipped with Insurance, requiring USPS Priority Mail International - this will REQUIRE an EMAIL from the International Customer with the Address to be Shipped to for me to Compute the exact INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING -- then I will do a SPECIAL RESERVED LISTING for each Listing that International Customer wants -- with the Exact Shipping with Insurance.
For some Overseas Countries, I may need to check with the Post Office to see if they are currently shipping to them PRIORITY MAIL with INSURANCE.
D. UPS and FEDERAL EXPERESS --
If the customer has their own UPS or FEDERAL EXPRESS account and wishes to use that for shipment, I will co-operate and refund any other Shipping & Handling Charges paid by the customer.
E. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
As I put INSURANCE on all shipments - definitely on ALL shipments to USA ADDRESSES -- if a package is lost or damaged, it will be covered by the Insurance per the shipping company's instructions.
I will only ship packages to a Customer without Insurance when it is not available to their location and the Customer is willing to take the risk.
I cannot guarantee that ALL USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL OR EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL shipments to every country in the world have INSURANCE offered. The INTERNATIONAL Countries listed do -- if a Customer requests shipment to a different Country, I will check for Insurance before shipping, as I prefer to only ship OVERSEAS WITH INSURANCE.
If a Customer wants an item shipped even though INSURANCE IS NOT OFFERED, I cannot guarantee the shipment will reach them nor that I can replace the item or give a refund.
AUTHORIZED RETURNS OR EXCHANGES - REFUNDS
If for some reason the Customer wishes to Return or Exchange a handmade item purchased, they should contact me within 5 Calendar days of receipt to discuss it. I do not expect Customers to keep items they don't like, but the Return must be Authorized by me from my email address. I do my best to accurately represent each item in the description and photos. But - cost of returning the item(s) is with the Customer and the item(s) should be in the original condition (items damaged in shipment are covered by insurance). Per the agreement reached with the Customer, I will either send another item(s) in Exchange or Refund the listed price of the original item(s).
I only give Refunds and Exchanges once I have received the actual item(s) sold back.
F. FOR OTHER CRAFTERS: DO I SELL ANY OF THE THREADS OR YARNS OR OTHER FIBER ART SUPPLIES THAT I USE TO MAKE MY ITEMS??
At this point in time, I will only sell the Commercial Supplies Privately through a Private PAYPAL payment. I can send pictures of the Available Balls or Skeins of the Threads or Yarns -- I am even willing to sell Partial Balls or Skeins.
