Payment: At this time, Paypal is the only payment method we accept. Payment is due at the time of ordering. We do however understand that sometimes there can be issues with the payment processor that are beyond your control. If you cannot make the payment at the time of ordering, please email us at ragdollsbeauty@yahoo.com to make arrangements. If we have not received an email or payment within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled. Shipping: Our goal is to have all orders shipped as soon as possible. If your order is placed Monday-Friday, we will try our hardest to ship within 2 business days. If there is an issue with shipping within that timeframe, customers will be contacted. All orders are shipped through USPS. Delivery Confirmation numbers are included on any order over $10. Any excess shipping over $1 will be refunded to the buyer. We do not work on the weekends, so if you place an order on the weekend, please be aware that the soonest it will ship is Monday.If you require other shipping means, we will accommodate your needs for an additional charge.
