Shipping costs have been calculated using current rates according to weight. However it may be that some closer destinations may be less in actual postage fees. It can be difficult to determine the exact shipping cost due to the multitude of possible options for any order (size of box, weight, destination), therefore I will refund to you any shipping overages above $1.00 less shipping supply costs. I do my best to represent my work accurately. However, computer screens will display colors differently, therefore, if for some reason you are not completely happy when your order arrives please let me know within 3 days of receipt of your order. Should you not be satisfied with any of my hand made products in your order please let me know if you would like a refund or to exchange it for a similar item. I will refund the price of a returned item upon its safe return. Shipping fees are not refundable. Additional shipping fees will apply for exchanges. If you return an item please carefully repackage the item in the packing materials in which you received it and return it to me in its original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping and insurance. Refunds and exchanges will not be processed until I have received the returned item.
