Welcome----- Welcome to Relished Artistry's Artfire Shop! My name is Corey Johnston. Here you can find my shop policies regarding payment, shipping, etc. Relished Artistry is here to put the drama back into wearing clothing wear it belongs, not in the purchasing process. The goal is for you to get that piece that you love so you can enjoy it to your heart's content, and share that excitement with others! Payment----- Relished Artistry accepts Paypal. Through their secure system, you can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover even if you do not have a Paypal account. At checkout, simply click on the PayPal icon and you will be redirected to PayPal. Click the "I do not have a PayPal account" and follow the instructions (you will not be required to create an account to complete a purchase). I cannot accept personal checks or money orders. Payment or payment arrangements should be completed within 72 hours of purchase or the transaction will be cancelled! I retain the right to refuse business at any point in the transaction process. Shipping------ I ship everything USPS Priority Mail on Tuesdays and Fridays. Your order should arrive approximately 1 week after your purchase, but I've been told it sometimes takes two weeks... Prices for shipping are included in the price of the item. I ship to the address you have listed through Paypal. In other words, if your address on Etsy doesn't match your one on Paypal, I will opt to ship to the Paypal address first unless you tell me different... International shipping is available, but please convo/email/contact me after you purchase your item, as different shipping arrangements must be made. Relished Artistry is not responsible for transit time of lost packages. Refunds and Exchanges----- Because of the one of a kind nature of my items--ALL SALES ARE FINAL. As stated-ALL of our items are one of a kind but another can be made similar to your lost in shipping item(s). If a package is LOST in shipping, of course it will have to be verified with the USPS.
