Payment
Paypal payments are required. You can also pay by credit card through paypal without an account up to the first three transactions.

Payment is expected within 48 hours of purchase and can be completed through paypal upon checkout.

If for any reason you are unable to make a payment within this timeframe, please contact me.

If you are a Texas resident and your billing address is a Texas address, please be advised that 8.25% sales tax will be added to your shipping charges via paypal.

Shipping
I will be using USPS first class to ship my items to you.

Shipping will cover the cost of postage and delivery confirmation. Insurance would be an additional cost, if you would like to add this to cost to shipping please let me know and I can adjust the pricing for you.

All items are ready to ship and will be mailed within 2-3 business days. Please make sure you verify address you would like me to ship to in note to seller, if there is a discrepancy I will ship to your paypal verified address. If you would like me to ship your purchase to a gift recipient I will be more than happy to do so!

Refunds and Exchanges
If for some reason you are not happy with the product please contact me and we can arrange a return/exchange. Please note, I do not reimburse return postage. Item must be returned in the condition it was sent for refund.

I do my best to accurately describe items and have detailed photos for color references. However, with the nature of natural stones and feathers, there are color variations. I strongly encourage customers to ask questions prior to making a purchase if you are unsure.
