All custom orders will be done through a series of e-mails to ensure you get exactly what you want, pictures of a proof will be sent for you to know exactly what you are buying before you pay. Your label is a true mark of your name on your custom item. I crafted long before I was able to make labels and hang tags - so I truly understand this and know how important it is to you. I never get frustrated by questions or requests :)

Since our shop is in our home, custom orders are turned around very quickly. After final approval, orders will normally ship within 5 business days.
Ready made items will ship within 2 business days.All international orders will ship on Monday or Friday, since I work another job Tues-Thurs.

If you are paying by check - item will ship after check clears the bank.

Custom ordered items can not be refunded unless there is an error on our part.
I reserve the right to use pictures of any items I design as part of my portfolio of what I have created. (Free advertising for your brand, right?) I will however not post pics of your items at your request.
