PAYMENT
I accept Paypal and Amazon Payments. You do not need a Paypal or Amazon Payment account to use your credit card with these payment methods. For Georgia residents, sales tax will be automatically applied to your order by Paypal or Amazon Payments.

RETURNS
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not 100% happy with any order you recieve, please contact me within 14 days of receipt to make arrangements for a return or a replacement. I will happily refund the purchase price less the shipping charges once I receive the return in its original condition. Return shipping charges are your responsibility.

I do not accept returns on custom orders.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Your purchase will ship within 4 business days of receiving payment.

Consider the posted shipping cost to be the maximum amount. If the posted shipping and handling cost is more than $1 over the actual cost, I will refund the difference.

Contact me for shipping and handling on multiple items so that I can consolidate the costs or I will automatically refund you any overage greater than US $1.

U.S. SHIPPING & HANDLING
Jewelry items will ship via U.S. Postal Service 1st class mail. Other items will normally ship via U.S. Postal Service Parcel Post. We can make other arrangements if you notify me.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & HANDLING
I'm happy to ship outside of the U.S. If your country is not listed, please contact me for shipping costs.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are your responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

A NOTE ON COLOR
Monitors vary in how they display color. I have represented the color of my pieces as accurately as possible on my monitor but it may look slightly different on yours. If you have any questions regarding color please contact me and I will do my best to help.
