Welcome
First off I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact me so we can work it out. Good communication is the key. I check my shop daily and post in my shop announcement if Im out of town for a bit and shipping would be delayed.
Payment
I accept PayPal and credit cards as primary payment method. You do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal with a credit card. When you use a credit card to make your payment, you will see that option on the PayPal log-in page. PayPal only acts as a separate and secure payment processor.
If you do not have a PayPal account: You can pay with a credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Please click on the PayPal logo payment button and you will have the option of paying via credit card without signing up for a PayPal account.
A 4-step process to pay for a purchase:
1. Click the PayPal logo payment button at your check out.
2. If you have a PayPal account, you will log into PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, you will enter all your payment information on a web page protected by PayPal.
3. Review and complete the purchase on PayPal.
4. Please return to the Artfire website if you are not automatically redirected to there.
Payment is expected within 3 days.
If you are sending a money order please let me know.
Sales tax is collected from MI buyers.
Shipping
IMPORTANT.... Please make sure your PAYPAL shipping address matches your address listed with ArtFire! I ship to confirmed PAYPAL addresses so make sure they are the same.
Your order will generally ship in 1-2 business days.
I typically use First Class mail with delivery confirmation for US orders and International First Class mail for international orders.
If you require insurance, I will send a revised invoice to include that amount.
Lost and damaged packages by the postal service are out of my control. Without insurance I cant be held responsible for them.
Refunds and Exchanges
My art is guaranteed! If you are not happy with the item for some reason, please contact me and we will work something out. Any returns must be received in original condition within 7 days for refund (minus shipping and insurance).
