Shipping:
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days of purchase.
Most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Large and bulky items are usually shipped via UPS Ground.
All fragile items are insured against damage during shipping.
Custom Orders:
Yes, I do accept custom work. Please contact me via the contact artisan link to discuss your custom piece.
Note that because the work is custom made for you I cannot accept returns on these pieces (excepting of course if it is damaged during shipping).
Returns:
Damaged items - any purchase that is damaged during shipping will be handled via an insurance claim with the shipper.
Item not as advertised - this shouldn't come up because any item I'm selling is always shown with pictures. I don't show a generic picture of 1 type of item and ship you a different one. Your purchase will always be the item you see pictured. If for some reason however, you feel the item you purchased doesn't match the item pictured and described please contact me within 7 days to arrange return. Return shipping will be at the buyer's expense (including insurance).
Other returns - I want you to be happy with your purchase. I want you to enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it for you. If you receive it and decide it's just not what you wanted I will accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs (including insurance). The purchase price (less original shipping cost) will be refunded to you.
