PAYMENT: purchases made by Connecticut residents are subject to the 6.35% Connecticut sales tax. This tax will be added when you pay through Paypal, and enter your shipment details. If a Connecticut Zip code is entered, tax is applied. PAYPAL: If you have purchased a ready-made item in my shop, please pay within 3 days of making your purchase. If you need more time, please contact me. Otherwise I will cancel the order after 3 days. SHIPPING: I ship USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class, depending on the item type. Delivery Confirmation is always included in the price of shipping, to protect both you the buyer, and I the seller. I am happy to ship gifts to a third-party address; Just let me know where you'd like to send the gift. I ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated in the item description. If you purchase something on a Friday it will be shipped out on the following Monday. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: are welcome, please contact me so I can calculate shipping, customers are responsible for any costs incurred by Customs. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: refunds and exchanges will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
