PAYMENT: At this point, I only accept PayPal and through that you can use a credit card (unless you know me or buy from me in person). Payment is required at time of purchase, unless prior arrangements have been made. If you have purchased an item, and I do not hear from you within three days, I will consider the item not sold, and I will re-list it. SHIPPING & INSURANCE: FREE SHIPPING!!! And all items are carefully wrapped in a padded package before they are sent. I will ship anywhere, but I also reserve the right NOT to ship to you if shipping is too much. If you are located outside of the USA, and shipping does happen to be of a significant amount, I will contact you and we'll work together on what to do next. Don't worry, I'm friendly and easy to work with :) Also, buyer is responsible for duty costs, if there are any. I ship within the United States via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise requested. Insurance is NOT included in the listed shipping rate (free), but if you would like it, please contact me before paying. I will do my best to ship all items within 48 hours of receiving payment. If you need expedited shipping, please let me know and I will do all I can to accommodate. There will be an additional charge for expedited shipping. I cannot be held responsible for purchases lost due to an incorrect mailing address regardless of delivery by standard or registered mail. If the mail is returned to me, I can mail it again after you have reconfirmed your correct address. Additional postage will be charged. RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Rose of Sharon offers a 5 day full refund under certain conditions. If your purchase is not as described or doesn't look like what you saw from the photos, please inform me within 5 days of receiving your package. Items must be returned in their original condition plus wrappings and not worn/used before. I'm unable to do the refunds until the package has been returned to me. If your item breaks due to normal wear and tear, within a reasonable amount of time from purchase, feel free to contact me and I will do my best to work something out. I want you to feel happy and secure with your purchases. All return postal fees/insurances etc must be met by the purchaser. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: If you saw something in my shop, and now it is sold, and you wanted to buy it but missed the opportunity, let me know and I'll do my best to make another. All items are handmade and cannot be duplicated exactly, but I'll try.
