Rose's Heirlooms believes in the Golden Rule. For refunds just return to me with delivery confirmation. (I use Delivery Confirmation to mail it to you) I will refund the price in full. For customers in the US. Your treasure will be in the mail within 24 hours. For all other customers I mail on Mondays. If I mistakenly charge you a dollar or more in postage charges you can expect to be refunded by pay-pal. Thank you for your business.
