Accepting Paypal and money orders. Items will be shipped within 3 days of payment clearing. Returns and refunds of yarn, fiber, and spinning tools accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, and in resaleable condition. Chiengora and custom items are not returnable. I strive to delight you with my products, if you are not satisfied with your custom item, please contact me and we will discuss any options.
