Please note the following: 1. Item(s) purchased by you will be mailed or shipped within 3 or 4 days of purchase. Upon my return from the post office, I will contact you to inform you of the date of mailing, method of mailing, tracking number. If mailed PRIORITY, I will also give you the anticipated date of delivery as given to me by the USPS. 2. RETURNS: Items of clothing, handbags and hats ARE NOT RETURNABLE for obvious reasons. Those are described accurately, including any flaws or damage I can see. It is up to you to ask all the questions you want and it will be my pleasure to reply. Remember, once bought, those items are YOURS. 3. Other item(s) can be returned in the same condition I sent them to you. If you want to make a return, please contact me within 3 days of receipt to arrange for return. In this case, please make sure to return the item(s) no later than 7 days of receipt by you. Upon receipt by me of the returned item(s), I will issue a refund for its value but NEVER for the cost of mailing in either direction. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I never charge for packaging. Whenever possible, I will use recycled packaging to minimize our footprint(s) on the environment.
