CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Each dish is attached to its base with a strong waterproof silicone adhesive. It is recommended to handle your pedestal from the base and hand wash it.

PAYMENT
Paypal is the only payment method accepted at this time. Please confirm your shipping address is listed correctly, so your package may arrive promptly!

NOTE: You do not need a Paypal account to submit payment with a credit card. Paypal will process a limited number of credit card purchases for non-members. To pay using credit cards via Paypal without a Paypal account:
--At check out, confirm your address.
--Choose Payment Method as PAYPAL (later they will ask for your Credit Card info).
--Click on "Pay with PAYPAL" (Ignore the box that asks if you have a Paypal acct.).
--Fill out the section that asks for credit card info.

Please be sure to submit payment within three business days. Though, you may contact me if you are not able to make payment within that time window. Without payment or communication in that time frame, the order will be cancelled and the item relisted.

SHIPPING
All items will be shipped using Canada Post.

SHIPPING IN CANADA
Items will be shipped upon receipt of payment and completion of order.

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE IS MOST WELCOME
I am happy to ship to the US and worldwide! US shipping prices are listed on each item, but if you're international, please contact me for a shipping quote.

Please be aware that international buyers are responsible for any duties that may be incurred. I do mark my packages as merchandise and put the invoiced value on them. As customs fees may vary from location to location, please take a look at your country's policies.

SHIPPING REFUNDS
Shipping on each piece is estimated for the furthest destination, both in Canada and the US. If there is more than $1.00 difference, I will refund the overage via Paypal.

RETURNS
My dessert pedestals are packed with utmost care. However, if a piece arrives damaged, I will accept a return. The package must be returned to me, and I will promptly issue a refund. Please note return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.

FAQs
SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE?
Each pedestal's size is determined by width across (not height). Also taken into consideration is the angle of the lip. Some dishes may measure out very close in width, but one is considered larger due to having a flatter surface.

SMALL
Small pedestals are perfect for cupcakes, nuts, candies, pillar candles, or decorative display.

MEDIUM
In addition to the functions above, medium pedestals are also able to accommodate small scones, cookies, bars, or petit fours.

LARGE
Large pedestals are dinner plate sized or bigger. Including that stated above, they may also contain scones, tea sandwiches, and more. Depending on the incline of the lip, they may or may not accommodate a regular-sized cake. The description of the item will specify.
