I accept 14 day returns. If customer happens to break item I will fix it for a very small fee. If there is a defect in the product I will repair the piece for free ( To be determined upon receipt of item). Handle with much care as handmade jewelry is very delicate. Silver Non Tarnish wire is best cared for by polishing with just a soft cloth. Preferable cheese cloth. Silver Non Tarnish wire should not come in contact with chemicals as it might wear off the non tarnish coating. This wire is durable but delicate. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, we will ship to the one provided by you. Unfortunately, once shipped we can not control how fast you receive it. *please note* During certain peak seasons (Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day) shipping may take longer. Refunds We want you to be totally happy with your jewelry. If there is a problem please contact us immediately. If the error was our fault we will refund the return shipping charges.
