Welcome to my Studio! I take great care in selecting the materials that I work with to ensure that you are getting a product that is both professional looking and reasonably priced. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please contact me so that I may make you a happy customer.


Payment

Payment is to be made in US Funds within seven days of purchasing product. I accept Paypal, checks and money orders. If paying by check, your purchase will be shipped out seven days after receipt of check to allow time for clearance.



INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for any customs fees imposed upon you by your country.


Shipping

Shipments are made via USPS first class carefully packaged in a bubble envelope or box if needed.

I pride myself on Fast Shipping. Most orders ship within 2 business days. Business hours are Monday thru Friday. I am a one person shop so during busy times it may take up to 3-5 business days for your products to ship out. Orders are processed on a first in, first out basis. If this is a rush order, please let me know and I will be happy to accomodate if possible.

You will be notified on the day the product is shipped. Please contact me if you have not received your shipment within ten days of notification.


Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me so that I may work with you to a mutual resolution.

Studio On The Hill graciously accepts custom orders as well as wholesale inquiries. Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days prior to shipment for hand made & custom orders.
