Welcome to SW Bead shop.

I sell genuine Swarovski beads and supplies at very reasonable prices. I do not and will not sell fakes as all my items are purchased direct from a reputable 5-star authorised Swarovski distributor.



PAYMENT

Payment is to be made within 5 days. I accept Paypal, money order. Please contact me if you are sending a money order. Items paid for with a money order will not be shipped until the money order arrived.
We do not accept personal checks.


Shipping & Handling
We take the greatest care in packaging our items. However, if you would like to request that your items ship in a box rather than in our normal packaging, an additional charge will be applied.Please send us massage before you check out.


USA & CANADA SHIPMENTS
Our standard form of shipping is through the United States Post Office.First Class Mail This service is offered.

Generally, we ship Mondays and Tuesday excluding US holidays. There are other days that we may be able to ship for some reason. You will receive an email once the item(s) have been shipped.

If you have any questions....please feel free to send us a message.

Please NOTE: that if you use Paypal to pay for your order we will ship to THAT address on Paypal. Not the one listed on your Art Fire order. The reason for that is...if we don't ship to the one on your Paypal reciept there is no protection through Paypal for it.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
First Class International This is our preferred.

method of shipment and is the lowest price offered. Shipping times vary depending on the country. Estimated delivery times range from 6-10 business days per the US Post Office.



CUSTOMER SERVICE & OTHER POLICIES

We will make every effort to provide timely responses to your email & massage. While we have day hours posted, we do not have someone watching emails/massages come in all day long. If you feel that we have been too slow to respond, please try to email us again or try an alternate method as some emails do end up in spam folders.



Lost Package - Seller is not responsible for a lost package. If you have a concern, we recommend you get the insurance.

Return Policy - SW Bead shop would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, we will accept returns, provided they are authorized within 7 days from when the item was shipped. The item (s) must be in the same condition as they were sent to you. We will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will reimburse for the amount of the item(s) and not the
shipping and / or insurance that was paid.

Email us and let us know what your intentions are and the reason for the return. We will provide a return authorization to you. If you put this on the package or a piece of paper inside the envelope this will help us process the return faster.
