I strive to ship your product within 3 business days of receiving your order. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, as long as it is returned to me within 10 days of receiving it, and it is returned to me in the same shape as it was sent out.

I will happily repair or replace an item if it breaks within 30 days of your purchase, as long as the break was not caused by misuse or abuse.
