Satisfaction guaranteed. I repair or replace my work for as long as you own it - HOWEVER...if you drop a bead on tile, cement etc....it's glass. It may very well break despite the care I take to make sure ALL my beads are correctly annealed and stable. I can't fix that sort of thing, but pretty much everything else, like a bent earwire or such I can repair or replace.
If it is not what you thought, you don't like it, or whatever reason you wish to return your item, you have 5 days to notify me from date of receipt (here on Artfire or email), and 5 more days to get it back to me in the original packaging, or similar. You pay return postage.
I usually ship USPS because that's what's been requested. I will ship however you wish if you'll send me a message. I can invoice you via Paypal for additional shipping charges.
