Payment: I accept payments by credit card on each item page as well as through PayPal and Amazon Payments. Please make your payment at the time of sale; if payments are not received within 2 business days of purchase, I will cancel the sale and re-list the item. Shipping - United States: Shipping within the United States is free for all items. All items will be shipped within 2 business days of payment. For example, if you purchase and pay for an item on Monday, I will ship it no later than Wednesday. If you purchase and pay for an item on Saturday, I will ship it no later than Tuesday. All items shipped domestically are shipped using the U.S. Postal Service Priority or First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. International Shipping: I will happily send packages to addresses outside the United States. However, please inquire before you purchase. I will weigh the item and packaging and provide an "at cost" price for shipping to your destination. You as the buyer are responsible for ensuring that the item is not prohibited or restricted for entry to your country. Please be aware as well that you, the buyer, are responsible for any relevant taxes and customs duties. Damaged in Shipping: I pack all items as carefully as possible with padding. However, occasionally a piece may be damaged during shipment. If that should happen, please let me know within 2 days of the delivery confirmation date. When you return the item to me I will repair or replace it. I will include a check for your return shipping costs when I ship the item back to you. Lost in Shipping: I will fully refund your purchase price, by PayPal if you have an account or by personal check. If you would like a similar item, I will try to make it for you and post it as reserved so that you can make a decision as to whether or not the substitute is acceptable. Refunds: My goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. To that end, I work very hard to make my jewelry as perfectly as possible and I try to add very close-up photographs to let you see the quality of the stones and construction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let me know within 2 days of the delivery confirmation date and I will try my very best to satisfy your concerns. Since negative feedback can be very detrimental, I would like to have an opportunity to satisfy your concerns before that happens. I will consider requests for either a complete refund or an exchange, depending upon your concern. If you choose to exchange the item for another, we will work out the details of the exchange at that time. Handcrafted: My jewelry is handcrafted and must be handled with reasonable care. If a piece is especially fragile, the posting will inform you of that fact. I try very hard to make my jewelry as carefully and as sturdily as possible. However, if a piece breaks due to defects in workmanship within the first 30 days, please contact me for assistance and I will repair or replace it. Jewelry that has been abused or misused or that has normal wear and tear will not be repaired or replaced.
