Discounts: I offer a 10% Military discount for all active duty and reservists. Stationed over seas? No problem I will wrap your gift for you and ship it to the recipient for free. Not just for the holidays, year round. Message me before you buy so I can make sure you get your discount. It is the least I can do.



Shipping: I charge actual shipping and packaging costs. I usually ship through the US postal service. If you would like me to use a different shipping service please contact me to see if I can arrange it. Shipping insurance is always highly recommended.



Returns: I want you to be happy so if your item does not get to you in great shape. Contact me and return it within 7 business days for either a refund or exchange depending on the situation. Buyer pays return shipping.



Custom work: I require a 50% down payment on custom work. The rest is due prior to shipping. Returns are within 7 days if the item comes damaged etc. Contact me and I will within reason replace, repair or refund. Buyer pays return shipping.

Gift wrap: I do offer Japanese inspired and artistic gift wrap services. Free for items over a certain price, and for a small cost for other items. Wrap service is always free for members of the military stationed overseas. Please contact me for details.
