************ PAYMENT ************ 6.5% sales tax is added to purchases made by customers in Ohio. I accept Paypal funds, Mastercard, Visa, DiscoverCard, and American Express, ALL via the Paypal payment page. I mail purchases Monday through Friday, excluding holidays (please remember not to include these days when considering shipment time lines). If for some reason shipment will be delayed, I will contact you via e-mail. I notify customers when their orders have been mailed. *********************************** REFUNDS & EXCHANGES *********************************** If you are unhappy with your purchase, unworn merchandise is returnable with written confirmation within 7 days postmarked of the delivery confirmation date -> UNLESS I have indicated in the individual listing that the item is NONRETURNABLE and NONREFUNDABLE. Please note that a refund will not be issued until the item has been received. * Prior to returning, please notify me via email and provide me with your full name, your shipping address and a description of the item(s) purchased. All items must be returned in their original packaging (except the mailer of course), in their original condition, and unworn. Additionally, in the return package, please include a copy of the Purchase Receipt (Invoice), which was sent to you with your shipment. * Upon my receipt of the item(s) in their original condition, I will refund the purchase price less any applicable shipping/handling charges. The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. * Savvy Silver accepts no responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged during shipping back to Savvy Silver. (I would recommend that the customer insure the return package in case of loss or damage). * Any scratched, altered, blemished or broken items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless the item(s) were faulty due to a fabrication error (and you have properly notified me within the guarantee period of 3 months from date of purchase). ******************************* CUSTOM ORDERS (Made to Order Jewelry) ******************************* SavvySilver requires full payment prior to beginning work on any custom order. NO REFUNDS are given on custom (made to order) jewelry. All sales are final. {Custom Orders are NONREFUNDABLE & NONRETURNABLE.} Rest assured, however, that I will do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction! Additionally, promotional coupons offering FREE or reduced shipping cannot be applied to custom orders. ******************************* DAMAGED/LOST ITEMS ******************************* ***IMPORTANT*** IF AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM YOUR PACKAGE OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT, CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY AND SAVE EVERYTHING! AS THE BUYER, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO FILE THE INSURANCE CLAIM WITH THE USPS. ADDITIONALLY, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING THE PACKAGING AND ALL CONTENTS TO THE USPS WHEN YOU FILE THAT CLAIM. IF YOU DO NOT, I CANNOT BE REIMBURSED ... WHICH MEANS I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REIMBURSE YOU FOR THE LOSS OR DAMAGE!!! THANK YOU!! If the damage occurred during the original shipment, please notify me immediately upon receipt of the damaged item. Since every shipment I send is insured and shipped via the USPS, I must comply with the USPS policies in filing a claim. If your package gets lost, I will exchange it or refund in full, after the 21 day insurance wait, as long as you comply with the USPS policies in filing a claim. If the damage is due to faulty/defective construction (meaning the jewelry item is NOT damaged due to shipment), please contact me immediately upon receipt of the item. You will need to provide your full name, a clear photo of the damaged item, the date you purchased the item and a description of it. Once I receive this information and the item is returned, I will refund or replace your purchase. :) ****************************** REFUSED SHIPMENTS ****************************** Refused Shipments are considered "Returns", so the Returns Policy will apply.
