Studio policies for Scooter Girl Studio
CUSTOM ORDERS:
If you purchase the illustrated book, The Legend of the Carousel, and wish the author/illustrator to sign the book in a different manner than just her name please contact me and I will sign the book according to your desire. For example: To (receivers name); From (giver's name); Author/illustrator's signature.
For other special requests about other products please contact me by email as well and I will do what I can to honor special requests. Additional cost could apply if request involves added time or material to a piece.
PAYMENT:
I accept Paypal, money orders, and personal checks. Items paid with Paypal are usually shipped within 2 days of payment. Items paid by personal check or money orders will be shipped once the funds have cleared.
SHIPPING:
Items you have purchased are carefully packaged and usually shipped within 48 hours after receipt of payment. If an item arrives damaged or broken please email me within 3 days of receipt of damage and we'll work out a reasonable solution. If damaged item is returned it must be received within 10 days from notification of damage. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
SHIPPING METHODS:
My standard shipping method is first class mail. If you wish an item to arrive more quickly I will ship priority mail and will invoice you for any added cost. Please contact me prior to paying for purchase if you wish to use a different shipping method than first class mail so I may calculate shipping cost and provide an accurate total for purchase and shipping. Any customs fees and taxes are the buyer's responsibility for items shipped to countries other than the United States.
RETURNS:
I take pride in my work and make every effort to describe products accurately both through photographs and description. If you have a problem or complaint about a purchase, please email me and we'll work out a reasonable solution. Refunds do not apply to items that are mistreated or damaged.
