Welcome to See Spot Stamp. We are so glad you took the time to stop by.
We are a green company! Our website and blog are hosted on servers that are run on wind power...yeah! We also try to recycle when we can. This means that sometimes we will reuse a clean and sturdy box for mailing our shipments. (We don't reuse boxes for 'gift' shipments.)
Payment
We currently accept Paypal only.
Did you know, you don't need an account with paypal to pay via paypal? Just a credit card!
There are no fees for you as a buyer to use paypal. Paypal charges us the seller the fees.
Shipping
Items will be shipped via USPS.

The shipping rates you see listed on our items are based on small purchases of 1,2 or 3 items.
Sometimes we can save you money on larger purchases by using flat rate boxes especially on heavier items. If this is the case, please read on......
If you want to purchase several items, here is how it's done.
You:
1. Will select the items you want.
2. Pay for your purchase through Paypal.
We will then:
1. Determine your shipping zone.
(USA: based on your state. International: based on your country)
2. Pack and Weigh your package.
3. Calculate shipping & handling and refund any overpayment to your Paypal account.

Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your order. Please email us if there is a problem.
Our return policy is as follows:
Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us to alert us of the return, so we can keep an eye out for it.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, unless the mistake was on our part and we sent you the wrong item.

Q: Can my order be gift wrapped?
A: If you would like us to wrap up the order as a gift and send it to another address, please email us with 'GIFT ORDER' written in the email subject line. Gift wrapping is a small extra fee. Due to varying purchase size, we will email you with the specific cost to gift wrap your order. Please respond to verify agreement to the additional cost. Mailing to another address is no additional charge as long as the recipient lives in the same country as yourself.
Q: What if I need more of an item then you have listed!?
A: If you need additional amounts of anything, please email us and we will see if we have it in stock.
