Orders are shipped after a cleared payment is received, usually within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday. Custom items are made to order so please allow extra time for delivery. Combined shipping on purchases of multiple items is available. US SHIPPING Unless noted otherwise, I ship all items USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. I can ship USPS Priority Mail if requested - please contact me before purchasing for pricing. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Payment through PayPal is required for international orders. I use USPS First Class International Mail to confirmed addresses only. If you would like to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail International or another mail carrier, contact me for pricing before making a purchase. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS All duties, fees and taxes of the host country are the responsibility of the Buyer. I list the purchase price of the items on all custom forms and mark the item as merchandise, not gifts. RETURNS/EXCHANGES I try to ensure my creations will stand up to expected use, but if something does not meet your expectations, please contact me so we can work something out.
