PAYMENT I accept payments through PayPal, including credit/debit cards. You can use a credit/debit card using PayPal checkout even if you do not have a PayPal account. - I will accept US money orders, but you must contact me before placing your order. - New Jersey residents please add 7% sales tax. Orders are shipped after a cleared payment is received, usually within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday. Custom items are made to order so please allow extra time for delivery. Combined shipping on purchases of multiple items is available. US SHIPPING Unless noted otherwise, I ship all items using USPS First Class Mail with USPS Tracking (formerly called Delivery Confirmation). If you would like your order insured or would like to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail, please contact me before checking out. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Payment through PayPal is required for international orders. I use USPS First Class Package International Mail to confirmed addresses only. If you would like to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail International or another mail carrier, contact me for pricing before making a purchase. ** International shipping and handling is my best estimate based on weight - if the actual postage/handling is significantly less than the amount invoiced, I will issue a refund via PayPal INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS All duties, fees and taxes of the host country are the responsibility of the Buyer. I list the purchase price of the items on all custom forms and mark the item as merchandise, not gifts. RETURNS/EXCHANGES I try to ensure my creations will stand up to expected use, but if something does not meet your expectations, please contact me so we can work something out. If one of my fabric creations does not stand up to normal wear and tear, I will repair or replace it, up to one year from the original purchase date.
