Welcome to my SewAmazin Studio! If you have any questions not answered here, please contact me and I will answer as quickly as possible. PAYMENT Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase through PayPal, including credit/debit cards through Paypal. You do not have to have a Pay Pal account to pay with a credit/debit card. I also accept Amazon Payments. - I will accept US money orders, but you must contact me before placing your order. - New Jersey residents please add 7% sales tax. Orders are shipped after a cleared payment is received, usually within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday. Custom items are made to order so please allow extra time for delivery. Combined shipping on purchases of multiple items is available. US SHIPPING Unless noted otherwise, I ship all items USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. I can ship USPS Priority Mail if requested - please contact me before purchasing for pricing. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Payment through PayPal is required for international orders. I use USPS First Class International Mail to confirmed addresses only. If you would like to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail International or another mail carrier, contact me for pricing before making a purchase. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS All duties, fees and taxes of the host country are the responsibility of the Buyer. I list the purchase price of the items on all custom forms and mark the item as merchandise, not gifts. RETURNS/EXCHANGES I try to ensure my creations will stand up to expected use, but if something does not meet your expectations, please contact me so we can work something out.
