Payment is accepted through PayPal. Payment must be submitted and received before item is shipped. Oklahoma sales tax of 5.85% will be charged on all OK sales. SHIPPING. USPS Priority Mail. If it fits, it ships boxes. Insurance may be purchased by buyer. Each item is made by my staff - me, myself, and I. I strive to make the best products I can, but, I am human, and mistakes do happen. I will not ship any item that is constructed below my quality control level, and I am picky. These items are handmade and imperfections are part of the process, but will not effect the visual outcome of the item. Refunds - you must notify me within 5 days of receipt of item that you wish to return the item. Buyer pays all shipping costs related to return of the item. Refund will be issued upon receipt of item back to my store and in it's original condition. Any damage, smokey smell, pet hairs, etc., will be noted and return will be discounted accordingly. Exchanges - you may exchange an item for a like item of the same purchase price within 5 days of receipt of item. Damages & Losses - Confirmation receipts and tracking process will be implemented with the USPS to ensure delivery. Insurance will be offered at time of purchase. If no insurance is purchased, no money will be refunded for damaged or lost items. Buyer would need to file a claim with shipper.
