All items are shipped from Canada.
Arrival of orders will vary depending on destinations. Customs can delay arrival of packages.

My normal shipping method is bubble envelope sent first class airmail.
Shipping can be upgraded to Xpress post or expedited for extra cost to buyer.

Rings and chunkier items are Xpress mail for Canada destinations and the shipping charges already reflect this.

I do allow for return within 3 days of receiving item for full refund to buyer excluding all shipping costs as long as the item returned is in the same condition it was sent. I do not refund until I receive item in hand.

If item is mailed without insurance and goes missing during mail transit, I can not be held responsible in that instance. If this concerns you make sure to have/get the insurance.

You must notify me before returning item.
