DOMESTIC SHIPPING: I ship via USPS First Class Mail for the costs shown. If it turns out to be substantially cheaper, as it can be with high volume orders, I will refund the overage.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING INSURANCE is optional, and highly recommended. I cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged after they are in the loving care of USPS. If you would like to buy insurance, please contact me before making your payment and I will send a revised invoice
Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, etc. It is the buyer's responsibility to know and abide by the import restrictions to their country from the US.
I will try to post pictures and descriptions that give complete and accurate information about each listing. Please read the details carefully so you will understand the sizes and dimensions of the stones. Also, I don't orient the pictures so as to hide flaws, nor do I inspect closely for flaws. If I notice a flaw, I will either discard the item or mention the flaw in the description.
Remember that colors may vary slightly from one monitor to another.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED - If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me immediately! I will accept returns as long as you notify me first, and mail the beads back within a week. They must be returned in their original condition, and well packaged.
