INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTSI ship first class to Canada and elsewhere, and insure all international packages. Delivery times vary hugely due to customs, with parcels typically taking 1-3 weeks, however, shipping time can be longer, especially during the month of December. Due to potential hold ups in customs, 30 days must pass before an international insurance claim can be filed for a refund.Please be aware that your own country's customs service may impose a range of import fees, taxes, tariffs, duties at the time of delivery. These are out of my control and I have no way of knowing when or if they will be imposed or how much they might be.
