Shipping Your purchases will usually ship within 2 days of payment confirmation. If a delay is unavoidable, we will notify you about what is happening. You will be sent an order confirmation and shipping confirmation by email. You also will be able to contact us by email with any questions or concerns. Multiple purchases will be combined whenever possible to provide the lowest shipping rate. At present, items will be shipped by UPS or USPS. Returns We feel you will be satisfied with purchases from our site. If you have any questions about a product before you order, please e-mail us with any questions or concerns. Refunds are given for items damaged during shipment. We would need to be notified by e-mail within 2 days of receipt of your order explaining damages to the item. The item would need to be returned to us within 7 days. Any item we ship will be insured for its value and if the item is damaged, we will need to deal with the shipping company. As a result, they will want to see the box or other shipping materials plus the damaged item before they will reimburse us. Returning items promptly will speed up this process. If we sent an incorrect item or the item does not match the image and description on our store site, you will be refunded the entire amount plus shipping costs you paid at purchase. Please note: Items which are returned for any other reason other than being damaged during shipment, will only be issued refunds when returned to us in their exact original condition as determined by the item's picture and description on our site. Unopened boxes or sealed sets must still be factory sealed for a full refund to be given. Refund Procedure: 1. E-mail us describing the problem and the outcome desired. We may request additional information. Then, a RMA number will be issued for the return, and you will be given a return address to send the item. 2. Complete item must be returned using the same packaging materials it was packed in orginally. Then, send it to the mailing address sent to you. Write your return address and the RMA number on the outside of the package. Also place this information inside the package. (Be sure to completely cover up old mailing address(s)). If appropriate, item should be insured for your protection. We do not prepay postage or insurance fees. 3. Upon receipt of the item, refund or credit will be issued depending on return date and condition of the returned item. NOTE: Items purchased through PayPal need to follow their instructions for refunds when returning a "not as advertised" item or an "item was not received. All prices are in U.S. currency. Shipping and handling are not included until purchase. Sales tax will be included in the final total if the purchase is made within the state where our business is located. We appreciate your trust and will treat your information carefully and sensibly. When you fill out a Web form on our web site, or send us an email message, you are providing information about yourself, which includes your email address. We will only use this information you provide to fulfill your request, respond to your inquiry, or support your customer relationship with Shiru's Treasures & Bargains. Under no circumstances will we share or pass on your email address or any personal information to others. This information will be only used to fill orders from our site.
