Turn-around is about 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and shipping) from the date I get your images! 1,000qty listings may take up to double the turnaround time. If you need your order RUSH, please convo me! HOURS OF OPERATION: Monday-Friday. We try to take off weekends. If you send a convo to us Saturday-Sunday, please be patient as we will get back to you on Monday. WE PRICE MATCH! (Except when we have sales or the competitor has sales!) We also use a 4-color process laser printer, not an inkjet so your products will have vibrant color!! These designers work directly with you to get exactly what you're looking for. They have all of our templates so your artwork will be print ready! Shipping: We do accept international orders, but just remember it can take up to TWO-THREE months to arrive. Most of the time it is only a few weeks, but I have no control over how customs handles packages. ----------------------------------------------- ***I will only ship to the address that you use when you checkout with PayPal. Please make sure this is updated. This is the only way we are protected under PayPal's seller policy. If you need to ship to another address other than the address that's on the ArtFire account, when paying in PayPal there is an option to change the address. Just type in the address you want it to go to before submitting payment.*** ----------------------------------------------- INSURANCE IS OPTIONAL! If your package turns up lost or damaged, you will NOT be refunded if you do not buy shipping insurance. If you buy shipping insurance you will be refunded. Please convo me before placing your order if you would like to add insurance to your purchase! ----------------------------------------------- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the USPS. ----------------------------------------------- All shipping is done via USPS. Most will go out via Paypal shipping and have delivery confirmation numbers. If the delivery confirmation says it was delivered we have no proof that it wasn't, so we cannot refund or replace when the delivery confirmation says things were delivered. ----------------------------------------------- Why Is International Shipping So High? We are ONLY shipping International Priority Mail to ensure product delivery. If it is less, we will refund. Price based on actual weight. HOWEVER if you would like us to ship via FIRST CLASS AT YOUR OWN RISK we are not responsible for any lost mail. International customers are also responsible for customs fees (if any). Refunds and Exchanges: Sorry, we do not offer ANY refunds after we make your custom promotional products. If there is a problem with your order, please convo us. Additional Policies and FAQs HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO SEND IMAGES? Ideally I would like to have the images within 10 days after you place your order. WHERE IS MY ORDER? I ORDERED A LONG TIME AGO! Please be patient. We only work on weekdays. Our current turn around time is 7-10 business days and before shipping. Business days exclude weekends. Here is an example: You placed order on and paid on: 1/22 You sent image: 2/11 Your order will be shipped no later than: 2/12 **Based on standard turn around time - If you opt for rush, they will be made within 3-5 days including weekends, not holidays. There is a fee for rush.** HOW DO YOU PRINT? We use a 4-color laser printer, NOT an inkjet. Inkjet prints do not come out nice and smooth, they come out blotchy with spots (pixelated). Inkjets are also not recommended for photo quality prints. You can wash our buttons and they will still come out looking brand new. If you wash a button made with an inkjet printer, the ink will run since it's made with water-soluble ink. ART VERIFICATION (FREE SERVICE): If you send us artwork that is not suitable for the product you ordered, we will let you know before making the products. If you say that it is ok then we will print it ââ,¬âEURoe but we are not responsible for images that are NOT 300dpi or images with small text (1" and 1.25" product images). However, we will work with you to get your image right (FREE). You must own the copyright for all the images you use. We will NOT print copyrighted material unless it's your own. (Example: Dora the Explorer, Spongebob, Invader Zim, etc) If you design your own products from our templates - we are not responsible for your spelling errors. We assume that everything you submit will be spelled the way you want. Sometimes when designing your products, we may make a spelling mistake and might not catch it. When looking over the proof we send you, please MAKE SURE that when you approve the design, that the spelling is correct. Once you approve and we print and make your order, we will not refund you. CAN I USE MY AVATAR/BANNER? YES! As long as you have a LARGER image of your avatar... The size of the avatar/banner that Artfire uses are sometimes too small to use on the product EXCEPT for address labels. If you had someone create the avatar/banner for you, they might be able to reformat/recreate the image at least 3"x3" and 300dpi. HOW MANY DESIGNS CAN WE HAVE PER QTY? Business cards & bag toppers are only for ONE graphic per qty listing. All other products you are not limited to one design per product. Here is a list of qty's you can have per listing: 5qty - 5 designs 10qty - 5 designs 25qty - 5 designs 50qty - 10 designs 100qty - 25 designs 250qty - 25 designs 500qty - 30 designs 1000qty - 50 designs **However, if you use the photoshop templates, you can create any amount of designs you need for each qty.** RESELLING: These are YOUR designs so feel free to resell in your shop. You do NOT have to place a link in your description back to us if you do not want to, although it is always nice! WHAT CAN I DO WITH CUSTOM PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS IF I DON'T OWN A BUSINESS? These products are also great for: Weddings Birthday Parties Bands/Musicians Graduations Church Events Anniversaries/Weddings Fundraising for School [sports teams, etc] Kids Projects Science Fairs Baby Showers Bachelor/Bachelorette and more! ARE YOU A STREET TEAM PLACING A LARGE ORDER? Great! We are street team friendly and offer a 10% discount to all street teams placing large orders! If you purchase 1,000 qty listings, why not split them up between 10 members (100 each) or 20 members (50 each) Saves you money with the already low qty discount, and Street Team discount!
